"Helpful, just a bit slow"
Overall, it was helpful and got the job done. I did have to wait a little longer than I expected... not a huge deal, but noticeable. Still, the support was useful once things got moving

I wasn’t sure what to get at first, but the recommendations on Woodhouse Spas actually helped a lot. I ended up ordering a few things and they all worked really well for my skin. The site was simple enough to use, which I appreciated. My only frustration was the waiting part, I kept checking for updates because I was ready to try everything already. I booked my massage online in just a few minutes and got the exact time I wanted. i wasn’t paying attention to every little detail on the site, just whether it was quick and straightforward, and it definitely was. Super smooth, no issues at all

Booked a session at Woodhouse i really liked how private everything felt. The room was quiet and clean, and I never felt like anyone was rushing me in or out. I could actually relax without feeling weird about it. The staff checked in just enough, but not constantly, which I appreciated. Also, the table was super comfy. I’d definitely go back.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the massage was adjusted pretty much exactly how I needed it. I guess they really listened, because it ended up working out better than I thought it would.

I’ve been to Woodhouse a few times, it really depends on who you get. Some visits have been super relaxing and felt totally worth the money, but other times it felt rushed and not really what I expected for the price. The staff is usually friendly, but one thing that’s been frustrating is getting inconsistent answers when I ask questions about services or what’s included. It just makes the whole experience feel a little less reliable. I do like the place overall, I just wish it was more consistent from visit to visit.

"Good membership, but scheduling could be better"
I’ve had my membership for a few months now, and for the most part it’s been worth it. The massages are usually really good, and the place is always clean, quiet, and relaxing. My only real issue is that the appointment times I want are often booked up, so I have to plan way further ahead than I’d prefer. I’m still happy with the service overall, but for the inconvenience, I do feel like some sort of credit or compensation would be fair...

My appointment started exactly when it was supposed to, which I really appreciated. It felt respectful of my time, which I think matters. I wasn’t left sitting around, and I didn’t feel rushed once I was there either. Everything went smoothly, and I was out on time too. Overall, it was a really easy visit.

I feel a little embarrassed admitting how excited I was about this, but it did make my skin feel really clean right after using it. The only downside is that the results seemed to fade quickly, so it didn’t feel like it made a lasting difference for me

I went to Woodhouse for a massage and, fair warning, you might not want to leave once you settle in. The whole setup was really comfortable, from the robe and sandals to the lockers that actually worked without any hassle. The quiet room was genuinely quiet, which I appreciated, and everything felt clean, including the showers and restroom area. Having tea and water before the massage was a nice touch too. Nothing felt rushed, and it was just an easy place to relax

The spa itself was totally fine and I had a decent time, but the parking situation was kinda annoying. I had to drive around for a bit before finally finding a spot. Not the end of the world, just not super convienent

When I walked in, the spa definitely had a calm, soothing feel, and I really liked the soft lighting. It made a good first impression and felt relaxing at first. Some parts of the space were really nice, but a few areas seemed a little worn, and it wasn’t as quiet as I hoped. I could hear people talking near the hallway, which kind of took away from the peaceful vibe. Overall, it wasn’t bad at all, but for the price, I expected it to feel more relaxing and polished

When I booked, the price matched what I had seen online, and there weren’t any weird surprise add-ons at checkout. I had a quick question and support basically said, “what you see online is what you’ll be charged,” which was reassuring and made booking feel a lot easier
